The three parliamentary groups have agreed on a list of political leaders and service provider representatives to be called to testify, including witnesses from the judiciary, international institutions, police forces, human rights experts, lawyers and journalists, and security experts, to evaluate the case of espionage against sixty political leaders, journalists and persons involved in the pro-independence movement, dubbed CatalanGate.
